Safe work instruction of universal milling machine

1.pre-operation:

  1-1.Check the switch is on or not.

  1.2.Check  the work piece is clamp or not.

  1-3.The lubricating oil of the rail meet the requirements or not.

2.operation：

  2-1.Press the green starting button to make the spindle run.

  2-2.Press the red  starting button to make the spindle stop.

3.exception handling：

  3-1.Press the button and cut off the power when unusual circumstances are happened during the operation.

  3-2.Stop and check when automatic feeding of universal  milling machine is not working.

4.instructions of universal  milling machine：

  4-1.Clamp  work piece securely to the table.

  4-2.It must be stopped when the work pieces are operated.

  4-3.Head and hand should not approach the Cutting surface when Cutting, and must move the cutter when Take off the work pieces.

  4-4.Don’t sop when feed , penetration of a cutting tool should not be too hard or  change the speed suddenly.

  4-5.When taking off the cutter the table should mat pieces of wood , holding the cutter table is  banned.

  4-6.Hair brush is only used when clean the iron filings.

5.maintenance：

5-1.Iron filings on the rail and the table should be cleaned after the work every day.
5-2.Check the oilleveler and oil capacity of the oil bath.
